Ed Berman is a graduate from the University of Baltimore where he earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Business Administration. He successfully completed the Certified Public Accountant Exam in 1985.

Ed worked in public accounting for five years with Naron & Wagner, Chtd and the Reznick Group. It was during this time he gained extensive experience in General Accounting, Auditing, Financial Reporting and Tax. Subsequent to his career in public accounting, he entered the professional placement industry with Sudina Search, Inc. of Timonium, Maryland as a Recruiter specializing in the placement of Accounting and Finance professionals. During Ed's twenty years with Sudina Search, he was consistently among the top producers within the firm. Due to Ed's expertise in the Accounting and Finance market, he was frequently asked to speak to Finance Associations, counseling them on career development, networking and securing positions in the marketplace. In March of 2010, Ed left Sudina Search and founded Mid-Atlantic Recruiters.

Ed is married with one daughter and lives in Reisterstown, Maryland. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his daughter's softball team, playing golf and attending Ravens games.
